Craft vodka: Worth sipping?

Square One Organic Vodka ($34). A smooth finish distinguishes Oprah Winfrey’s favorite vodka, made with water from Wyoming’s Snake River and distilled from organically grown rye.
Dogfish Head Analog Vodka ($34). Dogfish Head, the Delaware brewery, uses its signature yeast and brewer’s malt to distill its vodka. The final product has “a complex and almost whiskey-like mouthfeel.”
Woody Creek Distillers Potato Vodka ($32). This award-winning Colorado spirit is made from potatoes grown on a family farm just down the road from the distillery. ■
