A gunman opened fire at a Madden 19 tournament at the GLHF Game Bar in Jacksonville, Florida, on Sunday, killing two people and then himself, Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams said. The gunman was tentatively identified as David Katz, a 24-year-old from Baltimore who took part in the gaming tournament.

Williams said nine other people were wounded by gunfire, and all of them were in stable condition Sunday evening. He also told civilians to stay away from the Jacksonville Landing entertainment complex, where the shooting took place, and asked that if anyone has any additional information or video, to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. The event was being livestreamed when the shooting started.
